ReplyDeleteXtrain like it's your job until you figure out what's going on. Maintaining your fitness is key to jumping right back into training after you've given it a rest.

As Morgan stated, Xtrain if you can not run to keep your strength up, and your return to running will be a smooth transition. Sounds like the doc doesnt really know what is going on, but you will get over this soon.
